Street Racers.co.uk was created for UK visitors as an independent car modding website. We do not have a shop only a design studio. This is to keep our costs down & pass those savings on to our visitors. We may become a terrestial based shop in the future but we feel that Street Racers has a long way to go before that becomes viable.
Launched on March 5th 2002 & after a number of new designs, Street Racers has developed into one of the most well known websites to find car modifying parts, modified cars, glamour models & other car oriented products.
Products & Services are provided through the use of partners & affiliate schemes which we feel give the best option to our visitors.
We have settled on this current design to satisfy the needs of our visitors in a clear & concise manner. We will continue to develop Street Racers to include more features that would be expected from any normal car magazine and a whole lot more that is impossible in a paper based format.
We recognise the fact that many women are getting into modifying their cars & because of that, our "babe" section has been reduced to being linked by text rather than an "in your face" attitude that many of our competitors use.
Street Racers is constantly looking for potential partnerships with businesses that offer car related services. We have been placed high in the search engines & through this we can provide a significant boost to our partners.
